Overview

Martech Strategist role at dentsu. Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with +20 years of technology applied to Marketing. The role focuses on shifting boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, emphasizing customer experience management, marketing automation, personalization and IA with cutting edge technology and suppliers. The position requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategy, drive innovation and deliver business results. The role also involves understanding both practical marketing craft and the technology used to enable it.

Success in this role will analyze business needs, partner with Omega business development, operations and tech teams, and design evolutive roadmaps to improve Customer Experience maturity for Omega CRM current and potential clients, with a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

Responsibilities

- Design, advise and pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve in their digital maturity and relationship with their clients.
- Design of an evolutionary roadmap to improve martech capabilities with business improvement objectives, combining client capability development with the implementation of marketing tools.
- Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients focusing on the design of solutions from a technical point of view and with a business focus.
- Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with development of client capabilities, through services and martech tool implementation projects.
- Participate in projects: detailed definition of customer experience improvement strategies with a focus on improving relationships with consumers across their lifecycle.
- Research and recommend new marketing technology products; potentially oversee training of marketing software and customer adoption.
- Guarantee integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.
- Train and support marketing technology products.
- Understand marketing technology product integrations and building blocks.
- Accompany marketing corporate team to demos and client locations; deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
- Research market trends and technologies to identify impactful opportunities and trendy topics.

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMO and business stakeholders to drive business analysis and user requirements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience specifying MarTech/Adtech business development; consultancy-focused. Skilled at translating technology into solutions that solve business problems.
- Understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation Tools, AI tools, Web Analytics, Advertising platforms, etc.
- Strong experience in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
- Previous experience within digital advertising.

- Email marketing, lead generation and database management; paid media and customer segmentation.
- Experience supporting multiple implementation work-streams simultaneously; self-motivated, creative, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt quickly.
- Great negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
