The Group Lea­der Pro­duct Engi­nee­ring lead the deve­lo­p­ment of auto­mo­ti­ve wiring pro­ducts by mana­ging the team, ensu­ring tech­ni­cal con­for­mi­ty, and coor­di­na­ting com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on with cli­ents and inter­nal teams while respec­ting qua­li­ty, cost, and dead­line objec­ti­ves.
Lead pro­duct engi­nee­ring acti­vi­ties rela­ted to auto­mo­ti­ve wiring
Mana­ge and coor­di­na­te pro­duct team (engi­neers and tech­ni­ci­ans)
Inter­face with cli­ents and cen­tral teams
Ensu­re tech­ni­cal con­for­mi­ty of pro­ducts with cli­ent requi­re­ments and auto­mo­ti­ve stan­dards
Mana­ge pro­duct evo­lu­ti­ons, non-con­for­mi­ties, and tech­ni­cal chan­ges
Col­la­bo­ra­te clo­se­ly with pro­duc­tion, qua­li­ty, and indus­tria­liza­ti­on teams
Moni­tor and ana­ly­ze per­for­mance indi­ca­tors (qua­li­ty, cost, dead­lines)
Ihr Pro­fil
Engi­neer degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring or an equi­va­lent qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on
8–10 years of rele­vant pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in a com­pa­ra­ble indus­tri­al or tech­ni­cal envi­ron­ment
Expe­ri­ence in lea­ding employees and abili­ty to moti­va­te peo­p­le
Good Eng­lish and French Skills (writ­ten and spo­ken)
Strong orga­niza­tio­nal and time-manage­ment skills
Strong team spi­rit, excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and inter­per­so­nal skills
Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
Strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty, rigor, and atten­ti­on to detail
