How Can You Help Us?
Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape to align with business and technical needs. This includes system stability, performance tuning, upgrades, security, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams to optimize operations and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and integrations.
2. Analyze and optimize system performance.
3. Perform upgrades, patches, and implement SAP notes.
4. Manage SAP security, roles, and authorizations.
5. Handle escalated technical issues related to SAP.
6. Troubleshoot system incidents and failures.
7. Monitor system health proactively.
8. Manage integration with other enterprise applications.
9. Maintain technical documentation.
10. Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams.
Skills and Competencies
Required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related.
* Experience in SAP consulting/support roles.
* Knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, CPI.
* Proficiency in English (C1+); German or Spanish is a plus.
Personal qualities:
* Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and independent work ethic.
Location
