Your Role
Regional Sales Manager Medical Fitness – Iberia
As a sales manager at seca Medical Fitness you are part of the seca Iberia Team. You will promote the message that fitness and medicine complement each other and that the seca TRU is the ideal solution for health and wellness facilities to offer medical grade body composition parameters.
What sets us apart is our long-standing medical expertise, which, with the seca TRU, supports gyms and exercisers in training more effectively and living healthier lives. We need you to speak the language of gym managers and help move the world of exercise forward.
Your Responsibilities
* Consultancy, demonstration and sales of high-end medical devices for measuring body composition (bioimpedance)
* Educate potential clients and distribution partners about the seca TRU, its technology, benefits and features
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and relevant Key-Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
* Act as the main technical, application and sales contact for clients and partners in the Iberia region
* Drive social media channels (Instagram) and handle online inquiries
* Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOLs and industry influencers
* Acquire new customers in the fitness and wellness sector
* Collaborate with distribution partners to plan and monitor activities to achieve sales targets
* Develop new distribution channels and programs to increase market share
* Participate in trade shows, open days, conferences and organize roadshows and demonstrations
Your Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the fitness industry
* Strong knowledge of the fitness, health and wellness sector
* Ability to introduce new concepts, educate clients and partners effectively
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to address concerns professionally
* Strong sales funnel management through direct and indirect leads
* Enthusiasm for high-end technology and ability to explain it in layman terms
* Willing to travel up to 70% of time in the sales territory
* Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking
* Highly self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented
* Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
