This position involves managing, optimizing, and evolving our Salesforce platform, as well as providing expert guidance to business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Administer and manage the Salesforce platform
Gather and evaluate business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving needs
Maintain data quality, integrity, and overall system performance
Provide daily support and resolve technical issues
Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams
Lead or support Salesforce rollouts
Recommend best practices and drive ongoing improvements
What You'll Bring Along
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant
Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and industry best practices
Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Administration and Service Cloud
Curiosity and willingness to learn about complex machinery and processes
Proven experience with Salesforce rollouts
Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (Nice to Have)
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Service Cloud)
Experience working with Agentforce
Basic familiarity with Apex and Lightning components
