Overview The Trade Marketing Manager, UGG role focuses on building strong partnerships with wholesale clients and delivering innovative brand experiences across in-store and online environments. You will support commercial objectives through omnichannel execution, ROI discipline, and close collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional projects, and is passionate about driving brand and business growth.
Responsibilities Develop and execute trade marketing programs and calendars aligned to seasonal brand campaigns
Deliver bespoke campaigns that support wholesale partners and drive conversion
Support seasonal trade launches with toolkits, presentations, and materials
Implement campaigns for Shop-in-Shop, POS, and wholesale distribution initiatives
Build strong relationships with wholesale partner marketing and VM teams
Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial, and regional marketing stakeholders
Manage external agencies to ensure quality and value delivery
Track and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives
Provide regular budget updates and post-activity ROI reporting
Maintain marketing critical paths and integrate with wider business timelines
Leverage retailer and consumer insights to shape trade initiatives
Support community-building initiatives relevant to market strategy
Lead and develop field or experience teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
Qualifications / Who You Are Reliable, ambitious, and tenacious in your approach
Creative, innovative, and capable of delivering ideas aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives
Team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
Preferred Background Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage)
Marketing-related degree
Retail fashion or footwear experience is advantageous
Experience in a brand marketing department with a focus on trade marketing (local or regional)
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Ability to build good relationships with internal teams by understanding local market and account needs
