In this role you drive commercial success for Bacardi within National Accounts, shaping activation plans and P&L; outcomes. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to align on customer-focused strategies that elevate brand presence and NSV. You influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver financial targets and robust promotions, while continuously evaluating impact. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver the Joint Business Plan (JBP) covering price, promotions, distribution, features, NPD and brand content to enable top-tier execution in National Accounts
• Accountable for Customer P&L; and contributing to NSV, gross profit and ROI targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain) to align on plans
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers to ensure brand visibility and shopper access
• Negotiate to achieve financial targets, distribution and in-store visibility for brands
• Provide regular updates to key business processes (monthly performance reviews, Bottom Up Plan)
• Conduct pre- and post-promotion evaluations to measure impact
Responsabilidades
• Experience managing National Accounts
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence plans
• Stakeholder management across all levels, internal and external
• Creative activation planning to drive rate of sale and distribution
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools
