We are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer / Buyer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial EPC/EPR projects .

The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, and proactive interaction with internal stakeholders to support project execution.
The candidate will support procurement activities from RFQ to PO placement, ensuring compliance with project requirements, internal procedures, and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities Support procurement activities for industrial projects (EPC/EPR), including: RFQ preparation and issuance Bid clarification and commercial alignment Supplier comparison and recommendation Purchase Order (PO) placement and follow-up Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, construction, quality, and logistics teams.
Work with nominated and approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with project, technical, and commercial requirements.
Manage procurement activities under short lead times and high-pressure environments .
Follow up with suppliers on: Drawings and documentation (e.g.
GAD, VDD/VDDL) Manufacturing progress and delivery dates Commercial and contractual compliance Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
Support negotiations on commercial terms under guidance of senior buyers or procurement leads.
Ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and budget constraints.
Act as a reliable interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage (sage, procore…) Personal Attributes Reliable and detail-oriented.
