About the job German Account Development Executive - Krakow Poland
Are you interested in building strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities to grow sales over time? In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer support while spotting and developing sales opportunities for our technology client’s customers. Using a consultative sales style and focusing on revenue goals, you’ll strengthen existing relationships and create new, lasting partnerships. You’ll work both independently and alongside a cross-functional team to understand and address business technology needs within a cloud-based environment.
You’ll report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience while contributing to the team’s overall success.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to negotiate effectively, overcome objections, and successfully close sales
Recommend and present suitable products to customers, prepare quotes, and guide them through the purchasing process
Identify and pursue all potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
Support a range of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, advertising agencies, and senior decision-makers, with cloud-based solutions
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the technology sector
What You Bring
Experience in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing deals
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers to understand their needs
Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies
Strong communication skills in German (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken
At least 1 year of proven sales experience
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently when possible
Currently living in or willing to relocate to the Krakow area
