As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious junior sales talent to grow with us.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive – Italian to drive revenue growth by managing and converting inbound opportunities in the Italian hospitality market.

This is an inbound-focused full-cycle role. You will manage qualified leads generated through Marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels. Your mission is to understand client needs, run consultative demos, and convert interest into revenue.

This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop strong closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events, partnerships).
* Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and operational challenges.
* Deliver tailored product demos to hospitality businesses (hotels, vacation rentals, property managers).
* Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and conversion.
* Continuously develop product expertise and sales skills.


Requirements

Must Have

* Italian speaker + professional English. Spanish optional.
* 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (internships, SDR, or customer-facing roles considered).
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Comfortable leading video calls and product demos.
* Organized and detail-oriented approach to pipeline management.
* Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn.
* Results-driven mindset.


Nice to Have

* Experience in Hospitality (Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Property Managers).
* Exposure to SaaS or tech sales environments.
* Understanding of hospitality operations or property management systems (PMS).

* High lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.
* Strong demo performance and consultative selling approach.
* Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Increasing autonomy and progression toward larger account ownership.
