Here at CORUS, we are looking for a Community Manager to join our team on an international insurance project.
Location:
Barcelona or Madrid (one day in the office)
Role and Responsibilities:
* Community Management: Manage the company's global social media accounts, analyze and categorize posts, manage alerts, and handle escalation processes. Conduct trainings and workshops on social customer care for Business Units or Group Functions. Support the Brand Marketing team in adopting Sprinklr for Customer Care, including setting KPIs, dashboards, and measures. Provide end-to-end support for Sprinklr and Meta Business, including configuration, bugs, ticket management, and permissions.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding and addressing community members' needs. Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and feedback. Coordinate customer management across Business Units.
* Analytical Skills: Create reports on social media activities, analyze data and KPIs, draw conclusions, and recommend strategies for community engagement and digital care.
Skills and Experience:
* University education or equivalent.
* Over 4 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in English (native preferred) and fluency in Spanish; German is a plus.
* Experience with social media tools like Sprinklr and Meta Business.
* Customer service experience with organic and paid campaigns.
* Tech-savvy, up-to-date with digital trends, platform changes, and user behaviors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
