Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email & chat
- Provide technical guidance on connectivity, wireless networking & audiovisual products
- Record & track cases in the system ensuring timely resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists when needed
- Stay up to date on product knowledge & solutions
- Collaborate with your team to deliver top-tier service
What Were Looking For
- Professionally Fluent French or German, good English (B2)
- 1 year in customer service / support (tech support a plus)
- Strong IT knowledge (connectivity, wireless, AV)
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
- Ownership mindset with ability to resolve or escalate effectively
