The Opportunity
Carolina Herrera is looking for a Operational Makeup Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy of the brand around the world, ensuring perspectives of growth through a brand construction strategy.
What you'll get to do
1. Contribute to Marketing Plan elaboration
1. Have in-depth knowledge of brand performance in key markets to provide starting discussion point with the brand GPMs and MD and assess brand needs
2. Follow monthly brand wholesale performance for key markets
3. Provide feedback & challenge the brand and markets for the next year Marketing Plan
4. Concerning unsatisfied Market needs
5. Concerning potential "gaps" between Marketing Plan and Net Revenues objectives
6. Help Brand to gather specific market analysis or feedback on specific business issues, in order to contribute to resolve marketing plan key decisions (on Promo, PoS, Gwps, coffrets, etc…)
2. Manage the worldwide brand animation:
7. Gather local marketing plans for all key markets to have general view of the brand´s activities
8. Support Local teams in the elaboration & implementation of the local promotional plans & launch strategies.
9. Manage the local requests and assures rest of brand's team collaboration / validation when required
10. Insure the global coherency for all the elements of a 360° strategy (In-store, Digital, PR,…) in partnership with internal and external collaborators
3. Communication and Coordination
11. Send Brand communications to Markets about Marketing plans or Launch plans updates
12. Guarantee OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing them relevant brand information. Regular alignment meetings
13. Proactively contact Marketing Directors (Key markets) to share relevant Brands and Market information (cross fertilization)
4. Insights and Best Practices
14. Produce Launch Brand Feedback report: consolidating individual reports into a single document
15. Cross-Region fertilization (best practices or special requests) amongst Key Markets and Regions (Market Development)
16. Aware of specific needs per region (retailer profile, legal restrictions)
5. Operations oriented activities
17. Forecast analysis: join SO&P meetings and address any issue with markets.
18. CNP: Join monthly Tactical & Strategic meetings with supply team to ensure that markets needs are covered accordingly with launch calendars.
19. Catalogue maintenance: Product line by market and exceptions
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience:
20. 4 years of experience in a similar position as Operational Marketing Manager, ideally acquired in the Perfumes industry, Luxury or Cosmetics universe
21. Previous makeup experience is a must
Education: Master Degree, major in Marketing, ideally in Luxury Management
Languages: Spanish and English.
