We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join one of our clients in Malaga, Spain – a brand community platform that aims to launch and scale high value brands in a global market. Counting with more than 100K active members, they are different due to their international, creative, and personalized growth for business solutions.
You will be responsible for leading the Finance Department and planning, implementing and managing all the financial activities of the company: from business plans, budgeting, negotiations, and forecasting, to investor and partnerships relations and compliance. In addition, your day-to-day activities will include:
* Advising the CEO in long-term business and financial planning, as well as investment and fundraising actions.
* Performing risk, cash, and liquidity management.
* Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations for the Financial, HR, and IT departments.
* Ensuring correct cash flow for the company’s operations.
* Managing the Finance Team.
Requirements:
* University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s Degree / MBA is a plus).
* 10+ years of experience in Finance, with proven experience as CFO or related.
* Deep knowledge of Corporate Financial Law and Risk Management.
* Deep knowledge of Trade Law.
* Experience in Data Analysis and Forecasting Methodologies.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management software.
* Great organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* CPA is a great plus.
