Responsibilities
* Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the General Product Safety legal obligation and the customer Design System, and suggest optimizations.
* Ensure robustness of the product/process design.
* Provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysts, and commodity buyers.
* Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
* Lead supplier convergence for development and industrialization.
* Suggest technical solutions.
* Sign plans by team leader delegation.
* Synthesize files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM).
* Maintain quality documentation.
* Plan quality and tooling Go Ahead.
* Initiate technical documentation.
* Manage LUP resolution.
Qualifications
Engineers with varied experience levels
* Junior Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates and entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply.
* Specialist Level: Minimum of 2 years experience in battery development.
* Senior Level: Minimum 4 years experience in battery development.
* Background in: power electronics, e-motors.
* Languages: Spanish and English mandatory; French desirable.
* Availability to travel frequently (10% of time) to client facilities.
