You will report to and coordinate with Broadway Malyan's Madrid office, with your work location in Bilbao.We are looking for individuals passionate about technical architecture and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. If you are motivated by challenging projects and want to be part of a leading company, this is your opportunity!ResponsibilitiesYou will work in Construction Execution, coordinating with our Technical Architect in Madrid.Your key responsibilities will include supervising the execution of works and quality control during the construction process.We seek professionals who combine technical expertise with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, capable of providing solutions and maintaining a constructive attitude even in demanding environments.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Technical Architecture or Construction Engineering.Minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 in preparing budgets for construction projects and/or managing the execution of works.Knowledge of construction budget software (Presto or similar).Proficiency in CAD.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multidisciplinary environments and with clients.Ability to manage complex situations.Commitment and excellence.A high level of English is valued (not essential).Residence in Bilbao or surrounding area.What do we offer?A Technical Architect position for supervising a project, based in Bilbao.20 hours per week, with on-site presence 3-4 days a week.Initial project duration of approximately 7 months.Permanent contract.Professional development within an internationally recognized company.
