We are looking to bring on board a Network Specialist to support a leading global provider of networking, communications, and cloud solution. This is going to be a contract position based in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support our Business Partners in the networking area to success in any kind NETWORK delivery with a broad range of services: audit, consultancy, configuration, technical advisor, etc.
* To help Technical Support L3 to qualify, filter and fix DATA Service Requests raised by BPs in key customers, in order to provide the committed SLA as well as helping to keep customer's trust.
* To teach the BP community on all the networking products through the training tracks
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge in Networks (Routing / Switching / Wireless / Proxy / DDI) and Security (Firewalling, NAC 802.1x, VPN).
* Knowledge in IP protocols
* Highly desirable if the candidate demonstrates knowledge in Networking technologies both LAN and WLAN
* It would to be a plus if the candidate owns either Networking Professional or Networking Expert certifications of any of the main vendors (CISCO, ALE, HP, JUNIPER, etc)
* Deep knowledge in IT Security principles and policies
* Deep knowledge in virtualization environment (installation/configuration/maintenance)
* Deep knowledge in Linux OS to install and configure Linux servers and services.
