PWe are seeking a customer-oriented Support Agent who is bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced forex environment. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr/pulliProvide top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding forex trading, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat. /liliAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at all stages of the trading process. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve forex-related issues, including account inquiries, transaction issues, platform navigation, and trade execution. /liliDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track issues and resolutions. /liliCollaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and account management, to escalate complex trading or platform issues and ensure swift resolution. /liliAssist customers with information about forex products, platform usage, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and other related services. /liliFollow company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards to ensure a high level of service and legal adherence. /liliIdentify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide valuable feedback to management for service improvements. /liliMeet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /ppbr/pulliNative or fluent command of Spanish, both written and spoken. /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken. /liliPrevious experience in customer service, support, or a related field, within the financial or forex services industry. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex forex concepts in simple terms. /liliStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, especially in the context of financial transactions, forex trading platforms, and account management. /liliAbility to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced environment. /liliProficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and communication tools. /liliPatience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude, especially when dealing with financial and trading-related concerns. /liliAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required. /li /ulpbr/ppWhat We Offer /ppbr/pulliCompetitive Remuneration Package. /liliOpportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team /liliClear career progression and professional development opportunities /li /ulpbr/p
