About The Role
We are looking for a revenue‑driven Marketing Leader to scale Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences to the next stage of growth.
You will take full ownership of our marketing engine across performance marketing, website & SEO, social media, CRM & lifecycle, and international agent partnerships. Your mandate is clear: turn positioning into pipeline, pipeline into enrollments, and marketing into measurable revenue growth.
Tomorrow University is a state‑recognised, fully remote university focused on impactful careers at the intersection of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology. We are scaling revenue and building the leading AI‑native university in Europe. A key objective for this role is to strengthen our brand authority and increase the share of organic traffic.
This is a strategic leadership position with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and performance.
You will report directly to the CEO and work in close partnership with Sales and Finance to build a unified revenue organisation.
Your Main Tasks Will Include
Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own marketing‑attributed revenue, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Define and execute a scalable full‑funnel strategy from first touch to enrollment
Align marketing and sales into a unified revenue engine
Build reliable forecasting and performance reporting
Brand, Trust & Market Authority
Build Tomorrow University’s brand as a credible and trusted institution in higher education
Develop initiatives that strengthen academic credibility, employer recognition, and alumni success stories
Increase visibility and authority of the university, its faculty, and its founders in key markets
Drive thought leadership and high‑quality storytelling that positions Tomorrow University as a category leader
Strengthen brand trust across website, social media, and external partnerships
Channel & Budget Strategy
Allocate and optimise a multi seven‑figure annual marketing budget
Drive performance marketing across paid search and paid social
Build and scale the international agent and affiliate channel
Oversee website strategy, SEO, and conversion optimisation
Increase the share of organic traffic through strong content, SEO, and brand‑driven demand
Lifecycle, Systems & Optimisation
Build and optimise CRM, nurturing, and lifecycle automation
Integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows
Establish clear KPI ownership across the funnel
Drive structured experimentation and CRO initiatives
Leadership & Organisational Development
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team
Set clear priorities and performance standards
Ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Finance
What We Are Looking For
Growth & Commercial Expertise
7+ years of experience in performance‑driven marketing leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling revenue in digital, education, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses
Strong expertise in paid acquisition, funnel strategy, and lifecycle marketing
Experience managing and optimising multi‑million euro marketing budgets
Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, scaling demand, and lowering CAC
Strong understanding of how brand, organic growth, and performance marketing work together to drive sustainable revenue
Brand, Trust & Strategic Thinking
Experience building and scaling a strong brand that drives credibility and demand
Ability to strengthen trust, reputation, and authority in competitive markets
Experience developing thought leadership, storytelling, and brand positioning strategies
Ability to translate positioning and brand strategy into measurable growth outcomes
Strong understanding of organic growth, SEO, and brand‑driven demand generation
Analytical & Systems Thinking
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with forecasting and marketing performance metrics
Experience building structured reporting, dashboards, and KPI systems
Ability to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and prioritise high‑impact initiatives
Data‑driven decision‑making approach combined with strong business judgment
Leadership & Execution
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams
Ability to build clear ownership across channels, funnel stages, and markets
Clear communication, prioritisation, and decision‑making skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Strong ownership mentality and results orientation
International & Innovation Mindset
Experience in multi‑market or international growth environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ambition and strong execution focus
