This role is about more than just sales, it’s about building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunity in complexity, and helping organizations find real value through people-centered solutions.As part of the team, you’ll work remotely across the EU region, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of business development efforts. If you’re proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about growth, this could be a great match.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreachBuild long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutionsMeet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfactionStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growthPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate recordsReport on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholdersEssential Skills and QualificationsFluent English speaker (C1), with strong communication skills across written and spoken formatsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectorsProven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit)Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutionsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets;
