As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will partner with our cross-functional partners to ensure the right data/reporting and processes are available to our Revenue leaders to help them increase productivity within their teams. This is a highly visible role that requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, superior analytical skills, strong execution ability, and exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Veriff’s Revenue organization is rapidly scaling, and the impact of this role cannot be stressed enough.
* Partnering with our GTM teams and Finance organization to own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; defining and delivering techniques to optimize the funnel performance for sales management.
* Collaborating with Marketing Operations to ensure our lead routing, scoring, and attribution processes and corresponding system integrations and flows are well-defined and continually analyzed and refined.
* Eliminating distraction and friction for our customer-facing teams by ensuring that rules of engagement, segmentation & territories, quotas, etc., are fairly set and communicated in a timely and consistent manner.
* Working with our internal systems teams, own Salesforce reporting and dashboards for our Revenue leaders; be the analytical engine behind our operational cadence (forecasting, pipeline analysis, etc.), and periodic territory refreshes.
* Providing monthly analyses and content for our board updates, and executive presentations.
* Being a key figure in rolling out our data strategy ensuring that each part of the organization has access to the information they need in their role.
* Partnering with our systems & enablement teams to be the change management force that our GTM teams need, so that all impactful changes are delivered in a consistent cadence and manner.
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
* 5+ years of prior experience in Revenue Operations/Sales Operations within the SaaS industry.
* Strong understanding of forecasting & operational cadence, territory assignment, account scoring, and business processes.
* Passion in rolling up their sleeves and diving into the data. This role requires a “no job too small” approach. From manually fixing account hierarchies, to investigating opportunities, to identifying ways to better reflect win/lost reasons within the sales lifecycle; this is a role for someone extremely at home within deep details, and systemic root cause analysis.
* Ability to guide a cross-functional team to roll out GTM strategy changes and updates, with a view towards up and down-stream impact, from multiple stakeholders’ viewpoints.
* Exceptional communication skills, high degree of intellectual curiosity, strong empathy for stakeholder teams/roles, and a drive to continually assess how things could be better and more streamlined and frictionless.
