Our goal is to inspire, inform, and entertain our audience through award-winning content reaching 84 million consumers in print, 367 million digitally, and 379 million via social platforms, generating over 1 billion video views per month.
Our Spain team is currently looking to fill a permanent Project Manager position, reporting directly to the Delivery Manager.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of multi-format commercial campaigns (digital, print, social media, video, and events) for all Condé Nast titles.
* Manage the full project activation cycle: execution, delivery, publication, and monitoring.
* Establish and maintain clear and effective communication lines with clients, internal and external teams, editorial teams, and suppliers.
* Coordinate the delivery of all project elements within agreed timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
* Supervise and optimize content performance in collaboration with media and analytics teams.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with dynamism, across different levels of complexity and volume.
* Assist with and control budgets, P&Ls, ensuring project profitability.
* Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Essential experience, skills, and competencies:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager or Account Executive in digital content environments, creative agencies, media, or branded content.
* Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem, social media, audiovisual production, and experiential activations.
* Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets for budgeting, planning, and reporting.
* Familiarity with production dynamics (video, photo, print, events) and managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication, organizational, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
* Strong interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, architecture, and culture sectors.
