At REVLON, the global leader in cosmetic companies, we are seeking a Business Development Manager.
About the role:
* Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted net sales and EBITDA targets.
* Works closely with the existing distributors, understands marketplace in detail to maximize growth with opportunities for the Company brands.
* Develops an annual Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.
* Evaluates opportunities of new market openings.
* Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts.
* Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counter.
Requirements:
* Business School graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in the B2B sales industry at an international level in distributor markets.
* Proven experience in working with international distributors, managing the day to day business and relationship, providing support and driving the business forward.
* Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls.
* Ability to Travel.
