Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer.
* Understand customer business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
* Act as the main point of contact between the company and the customer.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
* In conjunction with the Channel Manager, negotiate and finalize contracts with the customer, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
* Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
* Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, go-to-market, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and create mid and long term strategic customer plans.
* Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans for the customer.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales of at least 3 to 5 years as Associate Key Account.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
* Availability to travel nationwide.
* Passionate about the toy industry and staying abreast of the latest trends.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
* Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* Fluent Spanish and English.
