The Impact You'll MakeReporting to the Iberia Accounting Manager and coordinating closely with our UK Headquarters, your main responsibilities will include:Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the accounting team, acting as their technical mentor.Tax & Accounting Cycle: Overseeing monthly/annual closings and ensuring full tax compliance (VAT, CIT, SII, ETE).International Reporting: Preparing financial statements and reporting to the Group under international standards (using Navision/Dynamics 365).Audit & Compliance: Leading the relationship with external auditors and ensuring the filing of Annual Accounts.Continuous Improvement: Actively collaborating on new ERP implementation and process optimization.
What We're Looking ForEducation: University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role .Languages: English (B2+/C1) is a must. You need to be comfortable in technical meetings and daily reporting to the UK.Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Navision, Dynamics, or Hyperion).Soft Skills: An autonomous, resilient problem-solver with a "people-first" leadership style.
