Responsibilities
* Project Completion – deliver projects on time or with agreed delays, following PMO guidelines and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation (Project Brief, weekly plan, requirements, etc.).
* Stakeholder Satisfaction – identify stakeholders, communicate progress, manage expectations, and gather feedback through public channels.
* Team Management – ensure team members execute their responsibilities, track capacity, provide feedback, and foster knowledge sharing.
* Program Management – lead dev‑team resource planning, handle scope changes, report stream progress, support Delivery Manager in quarterly planning, and act as escalation point for stream issues.
Requirements
* Experience in team management, project management, or operational excellence, preferably in software development, technology, or data‑related industries.
* 5+ years in program or project management, ideally in data engineering, BI, regulations, or analytics.
* Proven track record managing large‑scale data projects with cross‑functional teams and complex deliverables.
* Experience coordinating with data engineers, scientists, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver actionable data solutions.
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives.
* Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Strong project control, executive change, and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced written and spoken English (required).
