Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer for Agilent, you will work across various labs. A passion for continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables is key. Applying your communication skills, creativity, and a can-do attitude is essential. Your ability to solve customer problems and a commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service will help build customer success.
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical and application support to customers and colleagues.
2. Work onsite at various labs, supporting instruments and resolving issues.
3. Operate independently within a broad framework, with occasional supervision.
4. Identify and recommend process or program improvements and solutions to complex challenges.
5. Determine appropriate methods and approaches for assignments, with support from team leads or management as needed.
6. Contribute actively to team activities, sharing expertise and developing leadership skills.
7. Collaborate on projects within your area of specialization.
8. Assist in mentoring or training others as your knowledge and experience grow.
Qualifications
* University degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or BioPharma.
* Hands-on experience with biomolecular genomics and/or automation solutions, either as an end-user or in technical support roles, is preferred.
* Proficiency in Spanish and at least a good level of English.
* Valid driving license.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Spain, available immediately. It is not head-office based; you will work remotely with short-distance travel to customer sites within Catalonia and Aragon (company car provided).
