As Channel Operations, your mission will be to define, manage, and evolve the channel model from a Revenue Operations perspective, ensuring alignment across channel, sales, marketing, and platforms. All of this from a hybrid perspective and through data processing and tools. WHAT YOU WILL DO Revenue Operations & Channel Model Design, document, and evolve the channel operating model aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy. Ensure the channel operates as an integrated part of the overall revenue funnel. Define clear processes for pipeline generation, deal ownership, deal protection, and attribution (sourced / influenced). Coordinate with sales, marketing, and systems teams to ensure consistency across objectives, processes, and metrics. Funnel, Forecasting, and Metrics Integrate the partner pipeline into the overall sales funnel. Build and maintain the channel forecast. Define and track channel KPIs focused on real business impact. Develop operational and executive dashboards to support decision-making. Data Governance and Systems Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of channel data (PRM, CRM, ERP). Define data governance standards and data ownership. Coordinate with IT and BI to ensure a consistent data architecture. Align commercial and strategic reporting. PRM Platform Management Manage and evolve the PRM platform as an operational lever of the RevOps model. Configure key roles, permissions, integrations, and workflows. Design the PRM evolution roadmap and coordinate vendors and agencies. Drive adoption of the platform among partners and internal teams. Channel Enablement and Scalability Collaborate in designing the channel enablement model. Support internal and external training initiatives. Ensure the sustainable scalability of the partner ecosystem. Optimization and Automation Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes. Explore the use of data-driven technologies and AI applied to Channel Ops and RevOps. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. At least 3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Channel Ops, Partner Operations, or similar roles. Experience managing B2B platforms (PRM and/or CRM) and knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, or SQL) will be considered a plus. High level of English.
