Your RoleThis exciting position is an evolving role intended to support the implementation of back-office transformation activity within the business.As the Operational Hub Lead you will be responsible for working with the Service back-office team to implement process improvement and alignment across the function.
You will leverage your supervisory experience and technical knowledge of Service delivery to enable a linked-up approach between our operational team and our administrative functions.ResponsibilitiesWork cross functionally with the operations and administration teams to develop efficiencies and best practices for service delivery.Assist with project planning and implementation of new systems roll out.
