Role
SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant – Germany
Activities Under Your Responsibilities
* Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
* Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
* Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
* Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
* Support go‑live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
* Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
* In‑depth knowledge of Germany payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations
* Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
* Fluent in English and country language, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset
