Qualifications
* Experience with Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Marketing
* Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Competitive Analysis, and Branding
* Strong skills in Data-driven Decision Making, Market Research, and Performance Metrics
* Familiarity with Social Media Platforms, Analytics Tools, and CRM software
* Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
* Experience in ad tech, programmatic media, or related industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (PPC)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
SEO
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Perform keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
Optimize website structure, content, and internal linking
Collaborate with content teams to drive organic growth
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Build dashboards and provide actionable insights
Use data to continuously improve marketing performance
Own the full funnel: from traffic acquisition to conversion
Align marketing strategies with business goals and revenue targets
Manage external agencies or internal team members (if applicable)
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC and SEO
* Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
* Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
* Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
Nice to Have
* Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
* Experience in B2B or adtech industries
