Country Manager France (with Marketing Responsibilities)The Country Manager France is responsible for driving the commercial success of the company in the French market. In addition to full ownership of local market performance, the role includes broader performance marketing responsibilities contributing to overall sales growth of Saal Digital including customer acquisition, and campaign execution across selected markets (beyond France).Key Responsibilities1. Market & Business Management (France)- Own and develop the French market strategy in line with company objectives- Manage revenue, profitability, and growth targets for France- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities- Identify and execute opportunities for business development and partnerships- Ensure strong collaboration with sales, customer service, and operations teams- Act as the main point of contact for all France-related business matters2. Marketing & Growth Responsibilities (Cross-Market)- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)- Contribute to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives- Coordinate with central marketing teams on brand positioning and messaging- Localize marketing content and ensure cultural and linguistic relevance- Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization measures- Support CRM, retention, and customer engagement initiatives- Contribute to performance marketing initiatives (e. g. paid media, SEO, partnerships)3. Brand & Communication- Ensure consistent brand representation across all French channels- Drive local PR activities, influencer collaborations, and partnerships- Act as a brand ambassador for the company in France- Monitor customer feedback and ensure brand reputation management4.
