You will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base by engaging new prospects, building relationships and showcasing the power of our digital accessibility software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales who enjoys building meaningful connections and has a knack for understanding customer pain points. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pp· Generate leads through outbound prospecting (emails, LinkedIn and cold calling). /pp· Understand customer needs and pain points and communicate how QualiBooth’s solutions can drive business success and accessibility compliance. /pp· Maintain and update CRM system (HubSpot) with lead and prospect data, ensuring accuracy. /pp· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. /pp· Schedule and participate in introductory meetings and product demonstrations. /pp· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. /pp· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and the latest digital accessibility best practices to help educate potential clients. /pp· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion. /pp· Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked and pipeline growth. /ppQualifications: /pp· Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience. /pp· 3-5 years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-related industries. /pp· Strong communication skills - ability to craft compelling messaging and comfortably engage with C-level executives, department heads and key stakeholders. /pp· A charismatic, self-starter with a passion for building relationships and solving problems. /pp· Ability to research and understand customer needs and translate them into opportunities. /pp· Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. /pp· Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
