Operations Specialist Compliance Solutions

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain) is looking for an Operations Specialist in Compliance Solutions to join its Digital Campus team. The role focuses on enabling overall compliance to regulations by providing technological solutions and managing projects aimed at improving the classification and management of controlled data.
Responsibilities
Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications and updates.
Maintain solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs, monitoring, tracking, security constraints and other service level objectives.
Ensure IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholder requirements and continue to meet or exceed expectations.
Communicate improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager.
Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration and event management processes.
Supervise system backup processes and lead disaster recovery tests.
Generate and provide inputs required for KPI monitoring and provide insights/recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in information systems.
System administration knowledge on OCP servers, Windows Server and SQL servers.
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell).
Experience with Agile Safe principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, industrialization).
Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
Open‑minded for collaborative work in a transnational environment.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
Autonomous with strong team spirit.
Ability to solve complex issues, analyze problems and design solutions.
Capacity to obtain or hold a security clearance or be eligible for clearance.
