About the Job
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
You will engage with customers from the first point of contact to retention and renewal initiatives, maintaining and developing a loyal and happy customer base.
Daily Tasks
1. Be the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
2. Lead the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success.
3. Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with Rabbar's leading cloud technologies.
4. Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
5. Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft's technologies.
6. Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
7. Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
8. Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business:
