A successful candidate in this position will lead teams of employees and consultants to implement SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions at various Flowserve plants and locations globally. The scope includes complete end-to-end implementations, point CIP solutions, technical upgrades, and module-specific implementations. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver results while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on project management role requiring participation and leadership in all project phases: design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
In this role, you will report to the ERP 2.0 Program Lead.
Your profile:
* 10 years of experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or related roles.
* Experience leading teams of at least 10 members.
* 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with three full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to production support.
* At least 3 years as a hands-on ERP Project Manager.
* Familiarity with SAP’s project methodology.
* Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical shop floor personnel.
* Possession of a 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work within and manage matrix teams, proactively resolving issues and technical problems.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Expertise in Change Request Management, preferably with SAP Solution Manager (CHARM process).
* Proven experience with SAP upgrades, enhancement packages, SAP Notes, and release change management.
Your role:
* Manage, deliver, and support ERP implementations to identify, design, and implement innovative business and technology solutions for Flowserve.
* Manage project risks, economics, planning, budgeting, and ensure stakeholder buy-in at all levels, including top management and IT governance.
* Oversee daily interactions with business management and sponsors.
* Lead and manage a team of employees and consultants.
* Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and positive action.
* Ensure comprehensive project governance and promote standardization of processes to support SAP and ERP rollout methods.
