What about you?
* Proficient in English.
* Any other European languages considered a plus (preferably German).
* Research skills and asking insightful questions.
* Effective multitasker with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
* Proactive problem-solver committed to finding solutions.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and eager to learn more.
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Psychology, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
