Associate Consultant – Summer 2026 Start

Overview

You will join the Customer Success team, partnering with customers to bring their best ideas to life and delivering mission-critical business impact quickly.

You’ll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies, from initial BPM applications to enterprise-wide scale. You’ll learn about our low-code platform through hands-on work and academy training in the US.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leverage experience in process improvement disciplines including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration
- Construct, implement, and deploy process-centric BPM solutions based on Appian software
- Analyze a client’s business strategy and processes to develop technical solutions that support their goals
- Design prototypes, model processes, and analyze requirements
- Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and rollout plans

To Be Successful In This Role, You Need

- Understanding of at least one coding language with examples of applied learning
- Strong academic performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solid foundation of, or passion for, technology
- Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologies

Basic Qualifications

- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent
