**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an Events Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:**Duties & Responsibilities**The Events Manager will centrally manage and ensure the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our general affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events He/she will turn the multichannel content and rules as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local countries into a series of workflows, deliveries, and event configurations within our standard marketing automation toolset, Adobe Campaign, and/or our standard webinar solution, SpotMe.The Events Manager will also work with our team to design and develop virtual event and campaign content templates and processes, as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup Inaddition to programming workflows, deliveries, and event configurations, he/she may also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.He/she will- Ensure high quality and on time delivery of campaigns deployed and virtual event services provided- Ensure that events and campaigns are configured and measured according to global standards, best practices, and predefined virtual events specific templates- Work with other project stakeholders to design and develop optimized approach to virtual event and campaign content templates and processes- Work with the Virtual Events Specialists to ensure that the campaign surrounding communication of the virtual event and the Specialists’ coordination and execution of the virtual event itself are well aligned including before, during, and after.- Ensure that markets are informed and fully understand the Virtual Events service and processes- Ensure that Analysts and Data Stewards have access to the correct data for their reporting, analytics, and data management**Requirements & desired skills**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or Bachelor’s degree intechnical studies- Previous experience with technically configuring virtual e vents and webinars experience with SpotMe and Zoom is preferred- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (ideally, 2 3 years of experience) Adobe Campaign is preferred- Adobe Campaign certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure, dynamic situations is a must while it is not constant, there will be times that one must deal with changing requirements, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholders- Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts is a must; should be able to demonstrate ability to quickly grasp new topics and concepts- Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center set ups, including process optimization- Past experience blending business/marketing topics and technical topics in order to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences- Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and de escalating incidents that impact customers- Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of web calls and interfaces is a plus- Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing, including virtual and physical event communications and organization, is a plus- Strong project management skills, creative thinker, quick learner, and open to changes- A can do mentality with a desire to work with and for people around the globe, as well as many people around/in our location in Sant Cugat- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with particular skill in interpreting to non technical audiences) and with the ability to interface with customers across globalmarkets- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently- The global nature of this job requires being fluent in EnglishWHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
