We are currently looking to hire a Commercial Manager for our automotive Services division based in Barcelona with the need to be able to travel around the world.
Key Responsabilities
Customer Management & Satisfaction (25% of time)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for European automotive customers, including OEMs, importers, and shipping lines.
* Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction levels above 95% target through regular engagement and feedback collection.
* Conduct regular customer visits, manage escalations, and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.
* Coordinate customer requirements with terminal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Pricing & Commercial Strategy (25% of time)
* Define and implement competitive rate structures and pricing strategies for terminal services in Europe.
* Prepare commercial proposals, tender responses, and negotiate commercial contracts and terminal service conditions.
* Analyze pricing effectiveness, recommend adjustments, and maintain pricing databases and commercial terms documentation.
* Coordinate with the Global Commercial Director on global customer pricing and commercial alignment.
Marketing & Business Development (20% of time)
* Plan and execute marketing actions to promote European terminals and enhance brand visibility.
* Prepare commercial presentations, promotional materials, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
* Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and coordinate participation in trade shows and industry forums.
Cross-Divisional & Regional Coordination (20% of time)
1. Coordinate with NAG Global Commercial Director and other NAG divisions for cross-business opportunities and integrated service offerings.
2. Share market intelligence, best practices, and commercial insights across regions and business units.
