Your Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operation of our Windows client environment through conception, deployment, and initial administration.
* Collaborate with our service provider for advanced administrative tasks and third-level support to resolve issues effectively.
* Work internationally with colleagues across the bank to keep our client platform up-to-date, focusing on strategic and operational development.
* Manage application lifecycle, including release management and client updates, providing coordination and support.
* Oversee Windows client projects, manage them prudently, and ensure their successful completion.
* Conduct technical tests to ensure compatibility and produce clear manuals and documentation to support our teams.
Your Profile
* Degree in IT, specialized IT training, or relevant professional experience.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Client, Azure, Intune, and M365.
* Proficiency in PowerShell and software packaging / distribution.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes.
* Ability to develop sustainable solutions and think creatively.
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
