Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience. Supervises in the field during the execution of turnarounds ensuring a safe, quality and timely execution. Responsible of the planning team for turnarounds, overviewing contractor planners. Ensures planner services provided by contractor companies fulfill contract requirements in relation to quantity and quality of the job done as well as ensures Dow work process are followed.
