- Madrid A leading data center operator, present and expanding across the Iberian Peninsula, is seeking a Regional Project Manager to strengthen its Construction Project Delivery team, supporting the execution of multiple concurrent data center construction projects .This role sits between the on-site Project Managers and the Project Director, acting as a key coordination and consolidation point across all active projects.
With responsibility for providing a 360° view of delivery performance, you will ensure that the Project Director has clear, structured, and prioritised information and act in a leading position representing the company in all on-going project s.The focus of the role is firmly on construction delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across multiple sites.
You will act as the central point of contact for Project Managers, filtering key risks, issues, and progress updates, and translating these into clear executive-level reporti ng.This is a senior delivery role requiring strong construction experience within data center or mission-critical environments, with the ability to manage teams, oversee complex programmes, and operate confidently in fast-paced, multi-project environme nts.
Apply to day.Send your CV to -barne Responsibi litiesAct as the central coordination point between multiple Project Managers and the Project Director across all active data center construction p rojects Consolidate project updates into a clear 360° portfolio view, highlighting key risks, issues, and pri orities Filter and escalate critical project information to the Project Director in a structured and decision-ready format Support and oversee construction delivery across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers across delivery, procurement, and contractor coordination act ivities Monitor construction progress across all projects and ensure consistent reporting standards across the po rtfolio Support procurement activities including contractor engagement, bid evaluations, and supply chain coord ination Ensure effective management of on-site execution activities through the Project Manageme nt team Track and challenge project performance metrics including cost control, schedule adherence, and risk mit igation Coordinate cross-functional input from engineering, design, procurement, and operation s teams Escalate and manage key delivery risks, ensuring timely resolution or mit igation Support the Project Director in strategic decision-making through accurate and consolidated re portingRequire d SkillsStrong background in construction delivery within data centers, industrial, or mission-critical env ironments Proven experience managing or overseeing project teams in complex infrastructure p rogrammes Strong understanding of procurement, xpzdshu construction execution, and project delivery processes Ability to operate at both site execution and portfolio managem ent level Strong leadership and stakeholder manageme nt skills Excellent ability to structure, filter, and prioritise complex in formation Strong communication skills with experience reporting to senior l eadership Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical d iscipline10–15+ years of overall experience in construction or infrastructure deliv ery roles3–5+ years of direct data center or mission-critical project experience considered sufficient if highly relevant and hands-on Proven experience managing teams or coordinating multiple project managers or wo rkstreams Strong exposure to on-site construction environments and contractor m anagement Good understanding of procurement, contracts, and construction delivery processes Fluent in English an d Spanish
