We’re expanding in the Spanish market and looking for a Sales Executive with solid B2C experience in selling online English courses .
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2C sales to help us increase enrollments in Spain. The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and passionate about education and customer success. You’ll work remotely and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting individual students.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full B2C sales cycle : lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and closing.
* Contact potential clients via CRM, WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
* Present and promote English courses tailored to each student’s needs.
* Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
* Keep CRM systems updated with notes, tasks, and customer details.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in online education or language learning.
* Native or fluent in Spanish ; English fluency is also required.
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
* Strong self-organization and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and remote work tools.
Nice to Have
* Previous sales experience in the Spanish market, especially in EdTech or language training.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, or SEO.
* Active network or client base in Spain.
