Compensation :
Your salary will be based on your location and experience, with a maximum of €2,100 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

We organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Your role
You will support our communities and team by handling repetitive but essential tasks that ensure smooth operations. Your focus will be on maintaining LinkedIn and email workflows, acquiring new members, and fostering engagement.
Specific tasks include :
* Sending invitations to potential and existing members via LinkedIn and email
* Responding to LinkedIn comments using templates adapted to the situation
* Reviewing interactions with our content and reaching out to beneficial contacts via LinkedIn
* Inviting followers to our LinkedIn pages
* Scheduling LinkedIn posts
* Maintaining our community database (CRM)
* Ensuring error-free work and attention to detail, especially in LinkedIn communications
* Working efficiently, with the ability to send up to 150 pre-formulated messages per hour
* Managing your time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Your profile
* Fluent in English and German (minimum C1), with excellent spelling and grammar; French is optional
* Available to start as soon as possible with a 40-hour workweek
* Available during core hours (Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM) with flexible scheduling within that window
* At least 2 years of professional experience in roles such as assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support, or call center
* Experience with remote work, strong computer skills, and reliable internet
* German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory
* Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following established processes
* Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Sheets
* Willing to travel once or twice a year for meetings
* Enjoy working in a remote, international team and contributing to community building
* Interested in experiencing the operations of a fast-paced, growing company and working with well-known clients
