The profile we are looking for
As part of an ambitious international growth project, we are looking to incorporate aExport Sales Managerinto ourSales team, reporting to our Chief International Officer.
This role is key to supporting the expansion of the brand across key European markets.
We are looking for aproactive, sales-driven individualwith a passion for luxury hospitality and international business development.
What will you do?
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with luxury hotels, high-end department stores, and premium laundries in Europe.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming a brand ambassador in each market.
Collaborate with senior sales leadership to design and implement tailoredsales strategiesby region.
Deliver brand and product presentations with confidence,
highlighting our values and customer-first approach.
Attend client meetings, showroom visits, international trade fairs, and hospitality events to expand brand visibility.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales records, client pipelines, and market insights using CRM tools.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support positioning and pricing decisions.
Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping procedures.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree inInternational Business, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience ininternational sales or business development, ideally in the luxury, textile, or hospitality sectors.
Passion forclient relationshipsandbusiness growth.
Fluent inEnglish; additional languages such asFrench or Germanare a strong asset.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity withCRM systemsand Microsoft Office.
Availability totravel across Europe(30–40%).
