Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for accurate data input, insurer claims data, insurer audit systems, and following the wrap-up Project Insurance Manual.
We will count on you to:
- Respond directly to client questions and requests, soliciting assistance from front office colleagues as needed.
- Maximize the success of Marsh by optimizing the satisfaction of enrolled contractors and improving NOI by maintaining productivity standards
- Process all CIP enrollment applications via the Marsh RMIS system and any supplemental enrollment requirements including but not limited to insurance cost vetting and Non CIP certification
- Maintain contractor compliance throughout the term of the project which includes follow up on delinquent and missing information from contractors
- Manage a strong relationship with the CIP carrier to ensure sub policies are issued, reviewed and distributed to contractors when initially enrolled and at each renewal
- Close out contractors as their work concludes at the project site
- Issue and deliver standard reports to client, enrolled contractors, and insurer as required
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, customer support, administrative assistant or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
