You’ll both support the CEO’s day-to-day (coordinating meetings, preparing sales updates, troubleshooting urgent matters) and own key account-management responsibilities—monitoring pipeline health, nurturing client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. In this role, you act as the central hub between leadership, sales, and our internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.This role requires a high level of discretion, ambition, proactivity, organization, adaptability and top-notch multitasking.Key responsibilities:Act as the CEO’s right hand, handling a variety of personal tasks for the CEO Reply to inbound inquiries and coordinate calls so the CEO can focus on closingManage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any issues and identifying upsell or renewal opportunitiesPrepare presentations and tailored proposals that empower the CEO to win businessResearch and qualify new prospects, gathering company insights, decision-maker contacts, funding news...Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to keep deals moving forwardLiaise with product, marketing, and operations to guarantee our sponsorship deliverablesKeep our CRM spotless and up to dateMaintain sales dashboards (pipeline status, win/loss ratios, revenue forecasts)Requirements:BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field2+ years experience in a VA, sales, or executive support roleDemonstrated work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targetsMust be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitaskingStrong attention to detailAdvanced English speaking abilitiesPassion for blockchain, technology, sales, entrepreneurship or financeWhat we offerAnnual base salary: 23.000 - 26.000€Young, dynamic, and fast-paced environmentWork directly with a fast-moving founder and learn from the inside out1 day of remote work per weekGreat professional upside
