We are looking for an Authorization and Role Manager to be the architect of next-generation access standards. You will be the bridge between technical cybersecurity and corporate strategy, overseeing identity governance across a global network of factories, warehouses and offices.

Your challenge is twofold: ensuring current systems remain secure and compliant (SoD) while designing the roadmap for a future-proof Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.
\n
Your main responsibilities
\n
- Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of global standards for roles and authorizations in complex environments (especially SAP and critical systems).
- Internal Consultancy: Act as a consultant for international business units, translating operational requirements into scalable and secure role concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate projects across IT, Audit, and Information Security globally, reporting to the headquarters in Germany.
- Digitalization & Control: Drive the use of digital tools for access monitoring, focusing on risk mitigation and process efficiency.
- Expert Leadership: Act as a technical mentor, validating Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and ensuring providers meet the group's high-quality standards.
- Short-term Success: Within your first 6 months, you will have audited the current role model and presented a technical harmonization plan for international sites.

- Technical Mastery: Solid experience in managing authorizations, user profiles and role concepts (preferably in SAP or other global ERP environments).
- IT/Engineering Background: You must be able to discuss security and compliance concepts at a deep level.
- Systems Specialist: Proven experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools and access control methodologies.
- Global Mindset: Experience working in international environments and managing technical regulations across different regions.
- Global Communication: Excellent English skills for daily collaboration with teams and stakeholders in Germany and worldwide.
