About the Role
We are looking for Part-Time Check-In & Guest Experience Agents to welcome guests to our apartments, support their arrival, and ensure an exceptional first impression.
You will represent Homeclub in the most tangible way — being the face of our brand during each guest's arrival.
This role involves visiting different properties across the city, so being comfortable driving one of our electric scooters is essential.
This position is ideal for students, freelancers, or professionals seeking a adaptable schedule who enjoy meeting people, communicating in multiple languages, and creating memorable experiences.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests across our portfolio of apartments in Madrid, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience.
Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable first impression, reflecting Homeclub's premium service standards.
Ensure each property is guest-ready before arrival (cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Explain property features clearly, including access, appliances, and general usage.
Resolve small last-minute issues on-site with agility and professionalism.
Conduct property viewings for potential clients when required.
Collect and share guest feedback with the operations and service teams to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Driver's license and comfortable riding an electric scooter.
Positive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work flexible morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required).
